No door in the bath to separate the toilet area from the main sink/tub. There is no door/partition, so you hear every gathering of ice. Decor seems a bit dated, but squeaky clean. Mirrored wall next to the bed - you might rate that a plus or minus so no judgement there. HOTEL: Fantastic hotel room! King bed, L shaped sofa area, THREE TVs (on in the bathroom). For no reason other than to pay for the privilege of checking in AND out. Sadly, looking at my bill, we were charged the same “checkin” AND “checkout” fee. When asked what it was for, was it for using my credit card? Could I pay cash and avoid it? No. Upon checkout we were taxed a checkout fee of $18.69. Our sad disappointment came at checkout when all hotel was supposedly paid up front weeks earlier.
We went to our gorgeous King room and we’re very impressed! So we enjoyed our concert and had fun winning a little. Not to be denied joining the club, I did request a new card! So now I am a member!!! The hotel is bright, shiny, gorgeous and sparkly clean. When it was my turn, I was told I wasn’t in their “Club” so the people in the line to the left would be served first. Clean, shiny! Yes! We were at the best casino!!! However, getting up to check in was “Hurry up and wait”. First impression? Beautiful new looking casino. We looked forward to a welcome vacation in Tunica seeing a concert, eating, and dropping a few coins.
